All in stock orders received by 2:00 PM CST are sent out the same business day. All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. We know you want your items as fast as possible so we don’t offer half promises like "ships in 1 to 2 days" or "usually ships in 24 hours". If the item is in stock, it ships the same day. That is our promise to you.

We are upfront about the stock status of your order. On every product page we let you know if we have that item in stock. If it says it is in stock, we'll ship it the same day if you order by 2:00 PM CST. If ordered after 2:00 it will go out the next day. No exceptions. For the rare times when an item it backordered or requires longer delivery times, the delivery time is stated on the page. In addition, we pride ourselves on keeping all items in stock and ready to ship.

We back up our fast shipping promise with cold hard cash. If we fail to meet our service promise, we will refund your entire shipping and handling charge. For example, if you order at 1:55 PM CST and we don't ship your order until the next day, you’ll be refunded your entire shipping charge. That is our promise to you.
