We work hard to find products that will solve your rust problems. We test the products ourselves and stock only products that we believe in. Furthermore, we are upfront about how our products work. We describe them truthfully and only suggest products that we believe will get the job done well. We don’t overstate claims, but give you an honest and open answer.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you purchase, we will provide you with a refund or exchange. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your product, plus shipping. (Express shipping is non-refundable.) If you're unsure if the product will work for your specific application, test one container before proceeding. On multiple container orders, refunds are given for one used container (up to $100), and any unused unopened containers (up to $250). Products must be tested within 30 days to qualify for a refund. There is no restocking fee for in-stock items (up to $250). Re-stocking fees will apply on returns over $250. All drop-ship and special-order items are not returnable unless defective. Returns are not accepted for items used in a way other than their intended use.

We are committed to providing the fastest possible service for your purchases. All in stock orders received by 2:00 PM CT are sent out the same business day. All orders received after 2:00 PM CT will ship the next business day. We know you want your items as fast as possible so we don’t offer half promises like "usually ships in 24 hours". If the item is in stock, it ships the same business day or following business day depending on what time of day your order was placed. That is our promise to you.
We are upfront about the stock status of your order. On every product page we let you know if we have that item in stock. If it says it is in stock, we'll ship it the same day if you order by 2:00 PM CT. If ordered after 2:00 it will go out the next day. No exceptions. In the instances when an item is backordered or requires longer delivery times, the delivery time is stated on the page.
We back up our fast shipping promise with cold hard cash. If we fail to meet our service promise, we will refund your entire shipping charge. For example, if you order at 1:55 PM CT and we don't ship your order until the next day, you’ll be refunded your entire shipping charge. That is our promise to you.
