Purchase Orders are a convenient way for businesses, schools, military and government agencies to purchase products from TheRustStore.com.

Purchase Order Requirements

• Order must be over $100
• You must take delivery at a US address
• Purchase Order Number
• Complete Bill-to and Ship-to address
• Buyer’s Signature and Phone Number
• Complete Item Information and Pricing
• We reserve the right to refuse a purchase order that does not meet our requirements.
• All first time purchase orders must be secured with a credit card.

Purchase Order Terms

• Payment Terms are Net 30 days
• Payments may be made by check, money order, or credit card. Checks must be drawn on US banks.

The following information may be requested, please have it available at the time of your order:

• Federal Tax ID # (not required for Federal Government)
• Dun & Bradstreet #
• Bank References
• Credit References

We cannot ship products ordered from purchase orders until the purchase order documentation is on file and has been verified.

Purchase Order Processing

All purchase orders are verified by telephone before shipping. As soon as the paperwork has been received and the order has been verified, your order will ship.

We accept signed purchase orders by fax, mail or e-mail.
