This system was designed for use with the original formulation of Fluid Film. This system is designed for rapid delivery of Fluid Film on your surface. While designed for undercoating cars and trucks, this system can be used on any surface that requires covering a larger area quickly. Don't confuse this with some wimpy little hand pump sprayer, this tool makes noise like any good tool should. The reservoir handles 32 oz. of Fluid Film. Untreated Hot Rolled Steel

Compressed air and the Fluid Film Undercoating gun was used to apply Fluid Film. Apply Fluid Film

The left is treated with Fluid Film, the right is left unprotected. Apply Salt Water Solution
A salt solution was made to simulate salty road conditions. Apply Driveway Salt
Extra salt crystals were added to make the test even more harsh. Place in Snow
To simulate the tough weather conditions it was left in the snow. Fluid Film = Rust Free!
After 4 days of exposure, it is obvious which side was treated and which side was not. Congrats Fluid Film! Q. Can I use the standard Fluid Film in this gun or do I need to use Liquid A formulation? A. You can use the standard Fluid Film in this gun. In fact, we recommend it. The standard formulation holds up under outdoor conditions while the Liquid A is not meant for long term outdoor exposure.
