Purchase Orders are a convenient way for businesses, schools, military and government agencies to purchase products from TheRustStore.com.
Purchase Order Requirements
- Completion of our Credit Application, request via email at customerservice@theruststore.com
- Order must be over $100
- You must take delivery at a US address
- Purchase Order Number
- Complete Bill-to and Ship-to address
- Buyer’s Signature and Phone Number
- Complete Item Information and Pricing
- We reserve the right to refuse a purchase order that does not meet our requirements.
- All first time purchase orders must be secured with a credit card or prepayment by check.
Purchase Order Terms
- Payment Terms are Net 30 days
- Payments may be made by check or money order. Checks must be drawn on US banks.
We cannot ship products ordered from purchase orders until the purchase order documentation is on file and has been verified.
Purchase Order Processing
As soon as the paperwork has been received and the order has been verified, we will email an order confirmation to you.
We accept signed purchase orders by fas, mail, or e-mail.
Certificates of Compliance
Do you provide a C of C for the products I purchase?
Yes, we can provide a C of C upon request. Simply email: customerservice@theruststore.com.
Is there a fee for a C of C?
We provide C of C's free of charge.
Tax-Exemptions
My purchase should be tax-exempt. How do I set up a tax-exempt account?
Please send your tax-exempt certification to customerservice@theruststore.com. Please send yhour request from the email address that will be used when making your tax-exempt purchase.
Receipt
I need a copy of my receipt. How do I get that?
